Instructions for Getting Plans and
Specifications
Our plans our printed by Repro Graphics, Inc. They are maintained
online and can be viewed and ordered directly from them. To do so,
you will
need to register with them. This is quick, easy and free! While they
prefer that you order online, they will accept fax orders.

in order to register,
please follow these instructions.
1. Go to Repro Graphics’ web site www.reprographix.com
2. On the Home Page, click on New User Signup to register
.
3. Create a User ID and password for yourself and fill in your company
information.
4. When you have placed an order, you will be automatically informed
of Addendums, Bid Date & Time changes, and other changes to the
project you have ordered, regardless of your email preferences; however
you have
the choice of being informed of other project activity in the ePlanroom
with your email preferences.
5. Once you are logged on with your User ID and password, click on View
Private Project.
6. You will next see this screen where you will need to
enter a Project Key and Password. We will provide those for each job.
7. Bid Information
Once you enter your Job Project Key and Password, you will
be at the specific job details. Bid Information tells you job name and
location, when bids are due and how to get them to us.
8. View/Order Plans
Here you can view each individual page and order the ones that you need.
9. View Pages
The Repro Graphics ePlanroom allows for the viewing (not printing)
of individual plan sheets online via a proprietary Java applet viewer.
In order to use this, you may need to download and install the viewer.
You may be presented with a popup asking if you would like to run or
'trust' the applet. Click 'OK' or 'Yes'. The viewer is a little large,
so the first time you run it may take up to a minute or so to appear.
This is normal, and shouldn't be repeated on subsequent viewings. Once
you click on a specific page, Java will load and you will see the page
in this window. To see it in its own window, with zoom and scroll features,
click the icon shown below.
Most computers already have Java but if you need to download it, go here to
get it as well as Adobe Acrobat Reader.
10. Notice To Bid
Under Notice to Bid are the plan notes and specifications. These are
a PDF file that you can download and print. You need Adobe
Acrobat Reader for this.
11. With all of the passwords to store and retrieve, you might consider
a form filler like RoboForm. It will store all of your login passwords
and user ids and load them automatically for you. A great time saver!
