After several years of research and planning
we have finally started construction of our much anticipated
Model Home at
the Village
of West Clay. This home marks a new direction for us and
represents what we believe will be a strong influence on future
homebuilding. GREEN
BUILDING is the future; we like to think of this as sustainable
or High Performance Building . . . The
Right House.
This home boasts a vast array of hi-tech features
and state-of-the-art technologies in design, mechanicals, construction
techniques and finishes.
We understand that we, as architects and builders,
have an obligation to provide responsible, safe, durable and functional
homes for our clients while at the same time wrapping them in unique
and forward-thinking architectural design.
It takes a little thought and a little planning to
build a High Performance home but given the advantages of fire and
mold resistance, reduced energy bills, lower maintenance costs and
improved health why would you build any other way?
We expect completion late summer and look forward
to showing the Indianapolis home buyers that they finally have a choice
when it comes to Green Building!
