Teamwork

The construction process actually begins well before the Construction Contract is signed. During the design phase we are working closely with our suppliers and trades, who are becoming well informed of the plans and specifications. When construction actually starts, it is efficient and timely. Project architects and interior designers remain involved throughout construction, insuring design integrity.

Project Management

As the construction team leaders, John and Jane provide on-site management of all trades, construction quality, daily and critical path scheduling and budget control. They are the primary points of contact for the client. They will work very closely with the client and interior designers regarding selections and expenditures, as well as providing field support to the trades.
